When will summer start? It has been rather cold and wet here over the festive season and the log fire has been on for a few weeks, and there was frost on the car windscreen a couple of mornings.! There have been a few days of shorts & T shirts though.

At long last summer is here with temperatures getting up to what they should be.
It has been one of the wettest & coldest winters on record. It’s great to get the shorts & ‘T’ shirts on again!

You would think that coming toward the end of September the weather would start to cool. Not likely! It has been in the high 80’s & low 90’s for the past few days. Time to get the tan topped up methinks.

The thunderstorm & rainy season is here. At least it is still warm & the plants & trees are enjoying all this wetness! More rain this past week than there has been since May.

116ºF in the shade yesterday!! I don`t mind hot weather but it’s getting a bit ridiculous.
It will be winter woollies on Thursday as it drops down to the mid 80’s!

Tremendous thunderstorm yesterday. The weather forecast was only 5 minutes out! It only lasted about an hour, but had to stay in the pub till the rain went off. At least it was warm rain!

Birthday party yesterday & another one today. Yet one more next weekend & then mine at the end of the month. I can’t keep up! Help! Tremendous thunderstorm last week. Too wet for the camera.
