Not much information about the photograph but we assume it was taken in the mid-1940s, probably 1945 or thereabouts.

The Sub Lt. in the centre has several medals, which may be Second World War medals, which does give us a clue as to the date the picture was taken.

We think the course was probably held at HMS Peregrine (RNAS Ford) but this is a guess and may not be the case.
